As a Sales Advisor based in Cumbernauld, you'll be responsible for:

• Predominantly assisting in the contracts office dealing with customer telephone calls and emails raising orders
• Serving customers face to face at the Trade Counter
• Raising quotations
• Raise and process purchase orders with suppliers
• Building relationships with trade customers to guarantee future sales
  
  

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Thursday 08.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 08.00am - 4.00pm.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

• Plumbing knowledge would be beneficial.
• Merchant or industry experience would be ideal.
• Previous experience of dealing with quotations for customers.
• Strong communication and confidence in interacting with both customers and suppliers to build positive relationships.
• A proactive team player who’s willing to support all areas of the branch when required.
• Willingness to learn with an enthusiastic approach
