Role Overview
As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be building strong relationships with landlords and tenants ensuring every aspect of the lettings process is seamless. Your role will involve engaging with prospective tenants, coordinating viewings, and providing expert advice throughout the lettings process.

Role Overview
As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be building strong relationships with landlords and tenants ensuring every aspect of the lettings process is seamless. Your role will involve engaging with prospective tenants, coordinating viewings, and providing expert advice throughout the lettings process.
Lettings Negotiator Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with prospective tenants to understand their needs and preferences.
- Organise and conduct property viewings
- Collaborate with management to update property listings and share market insights.
- Stay informed about local property trends and legislative changes to provide expert advice.
- Provide clear feedback to landlords after viewings
- A proven track record in customer service, ideally in property or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A deep understanding of the local property market and industry regulations.
- Proficiency with real estate software, CRMs, and office tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Competitive basic salary of £22,000 - £24,000 with an achievable OTE of £30,000.
- Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (Saturday on Rota basis)
