JOB : Junior Robot and Automation Engineer
LOCATION : Milton Keynes
TERM : Permanent
SALARY : GBP 30,000 to GBP 35,000 per annum (plus benefits)
Premier Engineering is collaborating with an innovative company specializing in robotics and automation. They are looking to onboard a Junior Robot and Automation Engineer to join their growing team and work on cutting:edge projects across various industries.
The Junior Robot and Automation Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
: A degree or equivalent qualification in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical or a related field.
: Hands:on experience with industrial robots and automation systems (e.g., ABB, Fanuc, KUKA).
: Understanding of PLC programmingand control systems.
: Familiarity with CAD software for system design and integration.
: Basic knowledge of sensors, actuators, and industrial communication protocols.
: Strong analytical and problem:solving skills with a proactive mindset.
: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
: Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a dynamic environment.
The Junior Robot And Automation Engineer Role Will Involve
: Assisting in the design, programming, and implementation of robotic and automation systems.
: Conducting tests and troubleshooting for robotic systems to ensure optimal performance.
: Supporting the installation and commissioning of robots and automation equipment.
: Collaborating with senior engineers to develop innovative automation solutions.
: Producing technical documentation and reports related to projects.
: Participating in training and development to advance knowledge of robotics and automation.
: Providing support for maintenance and upgrades of existing systems.
