We are currently seeking a Finishing Site Manager to work on a new build Residential Development based in Wrexham.
You will be ensuring trades and sub-contractors are delivering on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Previous experience working on timber frame residential developments advantageous (but not essential).

- Supervise Health and Safety onsite
- Complete snagging reports
- Liaise with sub-contractors
- Supervise of labour on site
- Delivery co-ordination of materials
- Attend site meetings
