Who We're Looking For


Are you passionate about social media, digital marketing, and content creation? We’re looking for a Digital Content Creator to elevate our online presence, create high-impact content, and ensure our products are showcased in the best possible way.


This role is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for design, and understands how to engage audiences across multiple digital platforms. You’ll collaborate with teams across the business, including Purchasing and Club Shops, and our key brand partners such as Nike, adidas, Joma, and Mitre.


What You’ll Do


  • Lead Social Media Content Creation – Plan, produce, and schedule engaging content across our social media platforms, ensuring strong relationships are built with our clubs, customers and the football community.
  • Develop & Execute Content Strategies – Collaborating alongside our Marketing Manager, align content with our brand messaging, marketing campaigns, and key product launches to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Manage Website & Product Listings – Ensure products are optimally set up and presented.
  • Support Digital Marketing – Assist with email campaigns, paid advertising, and SEO to drive more visitors to the website.
  • Support Product Launches & Promotions – Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute successful product launches and promotions.


What You’ll Need


We are looking for someone who is:

  • A creative storyteller who can bring campaigns to life through engaging visuals and copy.
  • Confident in social media, with experience in content planning, video creation, and platform trends.
  • Data-driven mindset, using analytics to measure success.
  • Strong design, photography/video skills, including editing to create standout content.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn.
  • A passion for sports, grassroots football or teamwear is desirable.
