As a Warehouse Operative based in Dundee you’ll be responsible for:
- Completing general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.
- Dealing with goods in - Unloading incoming deliveries of stock on arrival and booking it in on the system
- Loading the delivery vans
- Picking and packing for customer orders and branch transfers, wrapping and strapping pallets - this will involve some heavy lifting
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and adhering to Health and Safety guidelines
- At times you will help out serving customers on the counter
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment.
- Previous MHE knowledge (material handling equipment) would be advantageous
- Strong numeracy skills and PC literacy.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, including the completion of necessary training (forklift licence training will be provided).
- A strong work ethic.
