The Women, Children & Families Clinical Group have a vacancy for the post of Clerical Officer/Receptionist to work within Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Ninewells Hospital.
We are looking for an individual who has a positive team working approach. Excellent IT skills, previous typing experience, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of people including patients, clinicians and other departments are essential. Training will be provided. Knowledge of NHS administration systems would be advantageous.
Hours of Work: 37 Monday-Friday
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
