As a Client Services Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Your role will involve providing comprehensive administrative support to our team, facilitating seamless operations, and delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for client enquiries, managing communications via phone, email, portals and other correspondence channels.
  • Accurately maintain and update client records within our CRM system, ICE2.
  • Create Tenders for potential works and liaise with the Estimating Team to create quotes.
  • Process all client Purchase Orders ensuring they are accurate and match work requested.
  • Assist the wider team with administrative tasks, including report preparation and database maintenance.
  • Handle client feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Ensure all Client Portals are updated in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and resolution of invoice rejections.
  • Creating Purchase Orders for suppliers e.g. materials

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

Proven Experience in an administrative or client-facing role.

  • Experience using a CRM System
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Purchase Orders, Tenders and Quotes Documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Problem solving abilities
