We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a cleaner to join our Head Office Premises Team, based in Eastbourne, on a part-time basis.

As a Cleaner, Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Carry out daily cleaning of office areas, meeting rooms, toilets, kitchens, and common spaces to a high standard
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations
• Manage cleaning supplies and report when stock needs replenishing
• Handle waste disposal and recycling in line with company policies
• Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks and quality checks
• Collaborating with the team to maintain a clean, safe environment
  
  

Who We Are Looking For To Join Our Team

• Previous experience in key holding services or building security work is an advantage, but not essential
• Experience in facilities management or soft services is preferred
• Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety practices, including COSHH regulations, to maintain a safe working environment
• Strong organisational skills – able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail – a keen eye for spotting areas that need improvement and maintaining cleanliness to the highest standard
• Initiative and problem-solving abilities – comfortable making decisions and addressing challenges as they arise.
• Excellent communication skills – able to confidently engage with staff at all levels
