We're looking for a Call Handling Advisor to join our Helpdesk Team based in Basingstoke.
Location: Basingstoke. On site.
Hours: Part Time - 20 hours per week. Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm. (This is a fixed shift pattern due to contract requirements)
Responsibilities
As a Call Handling Advisor, you'll be working within the Ministry of Justice and Home office team, supporting them in operational tasks.

- Raising of new work orders for Contract Managers.
- Raising of reactive work orders for Kier engineers.
- Handyman jobs to be raised.
- Engineer uniform orders.
- Monitoring of the MoJ and Home Office inboxes
This role of Call Handling Advisor is great for you if:
- You have an excellent telephone manner, with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- You have the ability to create and maintain effective working relationships
- Demonstrable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook
- Demonstrable accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
