A GBP 29,000 : A GBP 36,000 Base + 6 Employer/4 Employee Pension + Overtime at Time 1.5 and 2.0 + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Life Assurance + Discount Benefits Scheme + Uniform + Training
8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Mechanical Fitter role available in a highly successful and international manufacturer of materials handling equipment offering full training.
The role will suit those looking for a team:based culture offering training and progression opportunities.
for the role, you need to have assembly/fitting experience of mechanical equipment.
The role is working within in a team of 12 engineers assembling, building and modifying new forklift trucks. You will be performing PDIs to a high standard to produce quality forklifts.
The Mechanical Fitter Role
: Carry out PDIs on a range of trucks
: Occasional service and repair work
: Part of a team of 12
: Maintain a clean workshop
: Order parts
The Person Required
: Ideally hold a level 2 or equivalent in mechanical, vehicle technician or similar discipline
: Mechanical fitting/assembly/machinery build experience of mechanical equipment
