Our client is a leading fire and security equipment manufacturer, with a reputation for staff retention and a second:to:none training and progression plan for each annd every employee. Due to continued customer growth they are looking for a technical support engineer. This role is ideal for fire and secuirty engineers who are looking to come off the tools and apply their knowledge to a new role.

Role And Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their queries over the phone or via email
• Problem solve technical issues with fire and security products
• Occasionally attend customer site to resolve issues
• Train staff and customer on products
• Deliver technical training courses on site in Luton or virtuually
  
  

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

The idea candidate is a Fire and Security Engineer who is know looking their skills, knowledge and experience to a customer/training role

• Have experience installing, servicing and repairing fire and security equipment
• Have experience dealing with customers in a polite and friendly manner
• Have experience offering support with technical issues
• Have experience in training other on fire and security products
