Teaching Assistant (TA)

Location: Grantham

Salary: £83.33 to £90.00 per day (Depending on experience)

Start: Immediate

Contract: Full-time

Responsibilities Of a Teaching Assistant (TA)

• Offering one-to-one or small group support to students to meet their individual learning needs.
• Assisting teachers in delivering lessons and preparing classroom resources.
• Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued.
• Supporting students in their academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and active participation in classroom activities.
  
  

Requirements For a Teaching Assistant (TA)

• Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with students.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
• Eligibility to work in the UK, with an enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
