Randstad Education is proud to be partnering with a leading SEN school that provides a unique and holistic approach to education for children and young people ages 5-21 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or complex needs. We're looking for dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join their team and help shape the lives of our students.

What You'll Do

  • Provide Tailored Support: Work with students on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis to provide individualised support, helping them with their learning, emotional needs, and social skills.
  • Foster Positive Relationships: Build strong bonds with students, creating a safe and nurturing environment where they can thrive.
  • Contribute to a Unique Learning Environment: Help implement creative and engaging activities in both indoor and outdoor settings, fostering a love of learning and discovery.
  • Work Collaboratively: Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to ensure that every student's needs are met effectively.
