As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and monitoring our supplier base. You will be responsible for implementing sourcing strategies that drive cost reductions, time savings, and introduce new suppliers to meet future business requirements. Your expertise will be instrumental in making make vs buy decisions and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will be involved in interpreting design drawings, identifying challenging manufacturing aspects, and collaborating with suppliers to implement scalable and flexible work processes.


To excel in this position, your previous experience in a similar supply chain role, specifically in supplier development within a complex manufacturing environment, is essential. You should be proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings. Building and maintaining strong relationships, as well as effective communication skills, are key attributes for success in this role.
