Sodexo Live! Have a fantastic opportunity for a Staffing Admin Assistant to join our amazing staffing team at American Express Stadium, home to Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club!

Sodexo Live! support with the hospitality at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club both on Match Days and for Events; this is an exciting time to join us as plans for the opening of the brand-new fan zone progress!

This will suit a motivated and organized individual with a passion for staffing and HR. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our matchdays and events are staffed with top talent and that our recruitment and HR processes run smoothly.

Main Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Staffing Manager in delivering recruitment and staffing requirements for matchdays and conference events.
  • Plan and roster for key event dates using the Humanforce Time and Attendance system.
  • Communicate essential event information (e.g., start times, pay rates, uniform requirements) to staff.
  • Assist with interviews, onboarding, and recruitment processes.
  • Support weekly payroll for a large casual workforce, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop effective working relationships with managers, agency partners, and suppliers.
  • Monitor staffing and recruitment inboxes, addressing queries proactively.
  • Promote Sodexo as the preferred employer by adhering to recruitment policies and championing recognition schemes.

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

What you bring:

  • Motivated and adaptable, confidently able to manage workload and different tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in the use of MS Office, especially Excel along with other computer programmes
  • A flexible approach to working hours and days.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Personable and able to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail

Desirable

  • Experience of working in the event industry or service industry
  • Experience working in a staffing or HR function.
  • Experience of using a time and attendance system such as Humanforce / TimeTarget
