Our Product Install Team play a vital role in the delivery and implementation of our world-class products to our valued clients and customers. This role will give you an opportunity to have hands-on experience with equipment such as football goals, team shelters, cricket cages and ball stop netting, and you’ll be tasked with providing industry-leading customer service to range of clients including Premier League football clubs and international sports teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and complete installations of Net World Sports products at customer sites, managing time effectively to ensure deadlines and customer expectations are met, whilst at the same time adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with Sales & Products Teams to organise and plan visits and provide feedback on product quality, functionality and instructions, suggesting improvements where necessary
  • Represent Net World Sports with a high level of professionalism and expertise, maintaining excellent communication, constantly seeking to provide a best-in-class experience to our valued customers
  • Assist in building and assembling product samples for testing and supporting the Sales & Products Teams with demonstrations and ad hoc tasks

What You'll Bring

  • Ideally some previous experience in a similar role, or relevant hands-on installing experience with transferable skills, an interest in sports and knowledge of tools and equipment
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work flexible hours, occasional weekends, stay on-site overnight and travel throughout the UK and abroad
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and spot opportunities for development within the product range and client offerings
  • Proactive attitude both towards the role but also towards learning and professional development, keeping updated with industry trends and best practices to constantly improve our service
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work efficiently within a team or on your own

This role will primarily be based on the road. To be considered for this role you must have a UK Driving License, a valid Passport and be willing to travel extensively throughout the UK with occasional travel abroad. Ideally you'd also have a CSCS Health & Safety Qualification. All expenses are paid for on work trips.
