The Process Analytical Technology Senior Product Manager for Cytiva is responsible for identifying, developing, and launching sensor and software products that provide access to essential process information and enable advanced process control during drug substance manufacturing.

What you will do:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs related to at-line quality measurements across drug substance unit operations and molecule types in process development and manufacturing to inform business strategy
  • Collaborate with the PAT team and Product Management across business units to convert business strategy into a strategic workflow solutions roadmap for Cytiva's hardware and software portfolio
  • Develop innovative workflow solutions to identified customer problems in collaboration with various research and development departments and project management peers across business units
  • Coordinate market launch and deployment of workflow solutions with product management, marketing, and commercial teams across business units
  • Enhance our ability to sell and track the market success and revenue impact of launched workflow solutions

Who you are:

  • Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences.
  • Minimum of 5 years in R&D, product development, product marketing, or in customer facing roles in life sciences
  • Experienced in working efficiently with English as the primary language in a global, multi-functional, and multi-cultural environment
  • Proficient in both conventional and advanced analytical methods for assessing quality attributes in bioprocesses, as well as cell and gene therapy products
  • Strong understanding of drug substance process development and bioprocess manufacturing
  • Proven ability to communicate efficiently, including experience of presenting at conferences and/or lecturing

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Applying PAT methodologies to support connected/continuous processing and/or advanced process control in bioprocessing
  • Agile product development and/or leading projects that require cross-functional collaboration in large, complex organizations
  • Strategy development or strategic product planning

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
