About your team:
You’ll be working centrally within our mission control room, aka Centrica’s group functions. From Finance and Data Science, to our Wellbeing and People teams - this is the engine of our energy system, where our various Centres of Excellence power up each of our brilliant businesses, ensuring they have all the support, technologies, and capabilities they need to get our customers to Net Zero by 2050.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Drive discovery, development, and iteration of mobile Field products, delivering optimal solutions and commercial value.
- Strategy: Use qualitative and quantitative data and market trends to develop an effective product strategy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Align product strategy with company vision and goals, representing the voice of the end users.
- Team Engagement: Work closely with research, design, and engineering teams to define impactful solutions.
- Delivery Management: Focus on high-value work, manage the backlog of epics and user stories, and support team ceremonies.
- Visibility: Keep teammates, stakeholders, and partners informed of plans and progress, incorporating feedback along the way.
- Experienced: At least 1 year in a senior product management role.
- Problem Solver: Enjoy solving interesting problems with a strong product toolkit.
- Proactive: Demonstrate initiative and drive.
- Decisive: Comfortable with ambiguity, making informed decisions and course-correcting early.
- Pragmatic: Balance business and technical priorities in your roadmap.
- Collaborative: Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and aligning on product vision and strategy.
