We offer a comprehensive range of environmental services to support all sizes and types of development. Our portfolio of offshore wind projects is considerable including high profile projects such as Dogger Bank Offshore Wind Farm (OWF), Vanguard and Boreas OWFs and Hornsea Four OWF, through to innovative projects such as the Green Volt Floating OWF. More widely the team are involved in delivering carbon management, climate resilience, locally-driven habitat enhancement and wider biodiversity net gain projects amongst others. We combine market-leading technical excellence, across the range of environmental disciplines, with a clear understanding of clients’ ambitions, needs and pressures.
We specialise in consenting, permitting and licencing support for complex infrastructure developments and operations. We have successfully supported our clients in delivering sustainable projects in sectors including renewable energy, industry, marine development and catchment management.
Due to continued success and growth in the offshore wind sector, we are looking to grow our team and are seeking Senior or Principal Onshore EIA Consultants to take up key and exciting positions helping deliver net zero.
Job Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic, optimistic, conscientious and talented people with excellent communication skills and technical ability in relation to EIA and the co-ordination and consenting of onshore aspects associated with the development of offshore wind farm projects. In this role, you will assist with the delivery of complex environmental assessment projects, including the coordination of multidisciplinary teams. Your role will involve directly working with clients, problem-solving and representing the company in client offices, regulator and stakeholder meetings.

- Demonstratable experience in the delivery of EIAs, EIA co-ordination and the consenting process
- Experience in onshore infrastructure projects with directly transferrable skills to the renewables sector
- Experience working with a variety of stakeholders
- Robust project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational, analytical and time management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Dependable, pro-active and self-motivated
- Flexible and adaptive / innovative
