Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our UK Publisher team in our White City office, in London. The role is a hybrid office/home-based position, that may also require you to visit clients in and around London as needed. Although affiliate experience would be beneficial it is not essential so this could be a great move for someone looking for a change. If you like building strong professional relationships, enjoy expanding your network and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you to join an exciting company that is part of one of the largest global agencies in the world.

Publisher Growth Managers are responsible for bringing new partnerships (Publishers) to the network through strategic research and outreach, as well as managing a portfolio of active publisher relationships, and creating partner growth opportunities In your role as Publisher Growth Manager, every day will be a little bit different; with an ultimate focus on recruitment of new Publishers that advertisers will be excited to engage with and that will drive growth for the publisher and CJ.  You will be responsible for training new and existing partners on how to use our platform, tools, and support services, ensuring that every partner that joins CJ has a fantastic onboarding experience.

Qualifications

  • Entry Level/Executive Manager position 
  • 1+ years' experience within a sales or account management role 
  • Affiliate industry experience would be beneficial, but not essential 
  • You are passionate about providing excellent service to internal and external customers 
  • You are driven to succeed 
  • You are a clear and effective communicator with strong presentation skills
  • You are able to work independently and collaborate with your team to solve complex issues 
  • Excellent organisation skills 
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience using Microsoft teams solutions would be an added benefit.
  • You have strong analytical skills 
  • You are respectful to varying opinions and perspectives
