About The Job

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; create plans and manage resources
  • Monitor progress using KPIs, adjust strategies, and ensure measurable outcomes
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams and align on project goals
  • Lead digital transformation projects (e.g., e-commerce, analytics integration)
  • Organise stakeholder briefings for transparency and proactive risk management
  • Implement best practices (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, RPA) to streamline operations
  • Develop innovative tools/dashboards for improved decision-making
  • Foster adaptability and empower teams to embrace innovation and high performance


About You

  • Extensive experience in managing high-impact, cross-functional projects within commercial, digital, or customer-facing environments
  • Proficiency in using project management methodologies such as Agile, Lean, and Waterfall, with certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 preferred
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners effectively
  • Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate project success and mitigate risks
  • Experience introducing innovative tools and techniques, such as process automation, data-driven insights, or customer-centric design enhancements
  • A commercially focused mindset, ensuring alignment of project outcomes with business objectives, and an ability to clearly articulate value creation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading diverse teams and ensuring alignment toward shared goals
