We are working with a 'GOOD' CQC rated Practice in Wolverhampton who are searching for a Practice Nurse on permanent basis for 16-25hrs per week.
They are looking for a highly motivated enthusiastic Practice Nurse, to join our existing nurse team, who can demonstrate a high standard of clinical care, supporting the clinical team with a range of skill mix, flexible with working hours to work across our 2 locations in Wolverhampton and support us with our Primary Care Network.
You need previous experience of working as a General Practice Nurse with competencies in Chronic Disease Management which is essential.
The successful candidate will be a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and willing to upskill in areas outside their competence.

- Cytology/Women’s Health
- Vaccinations and Immunisations (Travel, Flu, Childhood and Adult)
- Infection Prevention and other Audits
- Chronic disease reviews
- Health Assessments and Health Promotion
- Contraceptive reviews
- Wound dressings
- Minor surgery assistance to GP’s
- Injections (B12, hormonal, depo etc)
