We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide essential support to our Senior Management Team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing busy diaries and scheduling meetings efficiently.
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for senior team members.
  • Preparing presentations, agendas, and meeting materials.
  • Processing expenses and supporting event organisation.
  • Playing a key role in organising company events and conferences.
  • Providing administrative support for time-sensitive projects.
  • Ensuring the Oxford office is welcoming, organised, and running smoothly.
  • Taking on responsibilities as the lead Fire Warden for the office.


Your Role Will Be Split

  • 85% Personal Assistant – supporting senior leaders and managing key administrative tasks.
  • 15% Office Support – ensuring the Oxford office is an efficient and professional working environment.


What We’re Looking For

  • PA or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing an executive's diary (ideally multiple diaries)
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills – you’ll liaise with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive mindset – you’ll anticipate needs, solve problems, and stay one step ahead.
  • Discretion and professionalism – you’ll handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
