Job Summary

Apple Client is one of the top workspace partners at CDW UK and globally. This role is fundamental to the growth of the client business within Apple, to support the sales cycle, retain existing business and to drive net new growth for Apple & CDW.

Key Responsibilities

In this role as the Apple Partner Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue growth by working closely with the sales teams across each segment both internally and externally and aligning Apple Clients growth objectives with CDW’s. This will be supported with joint initiatives as per the agreed business plan developed by the Apple Partner Development Manager.

  • Create and own Joint Apple Client and CDW business plan

  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales revenue and strategic objectives/KPIs

  • Manage and nurture the existing relationships. Establish new relationships and build strong, successful partnership with the Apple account teams.

  • Manage and own the Apple Client pipeline, proactively engaging with CDW sales teams to bring opportunities through the sales cycle to closure.

  • Execution of the business plan against defined milestones and metrics including services and options attach rates.

  • Maintain and own any certification requirements

  • Understand and promote all relevant Apple programs and promotions to maximise the sales opportunity and profitability

  • Own and drive the leads that are generated by joint CDW and Apple marketing campaigns and ensure they are executed to won/closed business by sales.

Upsell and attach existing and new opportunities in line with the Apple business plan.
