Role: CMS Manager

Location: London, England, United Kingdom (2 days a week from our London offices)

About the role:

We are looking for a of mid-level CMS Manager to support on one of our largest clients. The role will be based onsite, at least two days a week, at our Client’s offices in London (Soho). This is a great opportunity for someone who has at least 2-3 years of experience working through the upload and publishing of content and working with different platforms / CMS’s and stock lists. The role will be focused on the support of the content maintenance for the various digital channels; we need a dedicated Content Manager from the skill profile with experience in dealing with content management systems – including older systems. A plus, would be first experience with Salesforce, but other systems/platforms are also required to be maintained.

What you will be doing:

  • Working alongside internal and client teams to deliver content online
  • Working with internal creatives to ensure delivery of content adheres to best practice, content templates and website consistency
  • Continuous support and control of content on online platforms (website, online applications, mobile app)
  • Provide content / layout recommendations and ensure consistency throughout the online platforms
  • Ensure content quality and up-to-date stock lists
  • Planning, downloading / uploading, publishing and maintenance of image, text and multimedia content on various CMS platforms
  • Ensure naming convention on assets are consistent and applicable to audience
  • Ensure change history and documentation


What you need to be great in this role:

  • Experience as a content manager (at least 1 year)
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Skills in the areas of layout, UX, web design, image editing, HTML, CSS
  • Editorial experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-starter and comfortable with reaching out to the wider business without being prompted
  • Benefit from experience in the field of editorial SEO/On-page SEO
  • Ability to work in a face paced collaborative environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage workloads and multiple projects effectively with a high level of detail
