We are looking for a driven person to lead our Regional NWE (Benelux, Nordics, UK) Information Systems Team as part of our wider South & West Europe operating group. You will be responsible for engaging with our Group Head Office IT / IS Teams, Local Country Management & Business end user to provide day to day application support, maintain application compliance and implement IS projects / initiatives into our business. Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Management of IS Team (6 direct report).
  • Drive the development & knowledge sharing within the IS Team and wider Service Desk / IT Team members.
  • Application support for Group, Regional & Local applications for our end user community.
  • Maintain IS Support SLA targets and communicate IS KPI dashboard reporting.
  • Responsible for the IS Management System Process & Procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure IS Application Compliance by maintaining documentation, user access reviews, vulnerability resolution and following our Security by Design Process.
  • Provide regular status reports (written & verbal) to IT / IS Management and Business Stakeholders.
  • Management & delivery of the IS Project Roadmap (Group Strategic / local IS Projects) in agreement with management, business priorities.

  • Proactively work with our business user community to identify opportunities for improvement to promote Group, Regional or Local solutions & tools.
  • Management of Business solutions & requirement requests via Business Demand Management process.
  • Provide IS / IT inputs for Business Client Tender opportunities & Client Audits.
  • Provide high quality technical advice / guidance to Team members, Business users and clients where applicable.
  • To work independently and capable of sharing knowledge and practices with a team.
  • Role model against leadership behaviours, core values and code of ethics.
  • Perform within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, the Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.

Deliverables

  • Delivery against Key personal and divisional KPIs.
  • Successful delivery of IS projects on time, on budget and functionality.
  • NWE Application Compliance, system availability and integrity of systems.
  • Development Take ownership of delivery of projects within time allocated.
  • Increase in end user satisfaction and capabilities.

Extensive IT / IS technical experience.

  • Strong communication & Organisation skills.
  • Influence, persuasion and problem solving skills.
  • Proven experience in previous project management roles.
  • Experience with IS&IT budget planning and budget maintenance required.
  • Proven experience in being able to prioritise and organise to tight deadlines.
