This position is designed for a junior professional focusing on project management and significant interaction with drone pilots. Your responsibilities will include customer demos, client communication, upselling, preparing quotes, and conducting risk analyses. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to grow into more senior roles. Ideally, the Project Coordinator will be based in Nottingham but will have opportunities to travel across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and scheduling ongoing and coming projects, ensuring that projects remain on track and within scope. Coordinate with pilots for efficient scheduling and project execution.
- Conduct customer demos and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- To some extent, prepare detailed quotes and proposals for clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
- Provide administrative support to project management teams, including documentation, meeting scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Previous experience in project coordination, especially within aviation or drone technology, is preferred.
- A university degree is desirable but not mandatory. Relevant experience in project coordination is crucial.
- Strong technical aptitude and excellent computer skills are required.
- Driver’s license
