Key Accountabilities
- Own and grow key retail accounts, managing product portfolios and sales performance.
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) that fuel sales growth and profitability.
- Spot opportunities for pricing, promotions, cost efficiencies, and product mix improvements.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Commercial Planning, and Supply Chain to drive results.
- Lead customer negotiations and category forecasting to ensure seamless operations.
- Push branded growth and innovation within your accounts.
- Proven sales/account management experience with major UK retailers.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to strategize, problem-solve, and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
