Marketing & Communication Coordinator

Purpose Of The Role

As the Marketing & Communication Coordinator, you will work closely with the Commercial Director and PR Manager to develop and implement dynamic marketing and communication strategies. You will manage campaigns, create impactful collateral, and ensure brand excellence across all touch-points. This role is key to ensuring the Bvlgari Hotel London continues to be at the forefront of luxury hospitality.

What You'll Be Doing

• Execute and monitor marketing campaigns, direct marketing initiatives, advertising, SEO, and other digital strategies.
• Track campaign performance and ROI across multiple channels, preparing insightful monthly reports.
• Support the Commercial Director in delivering marketing activities that align with the brand’s objectives.
• Create and manage updates to hotel collateral, ensuring compliance with Bvlgari brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with external agencies to design new marketing materials.
• Maintain and enhance our presence across third-party channels and digital platforms.
• Assist with website updates, social media management, and seasonal campaign rollouts.
• Expand and manage customer databases in compliance with GDPR regulations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive opportunities, and ideas for creative campaigns.
• Support media and PR activities by maintaining relationships with media vendors and publishers.
• Assist the Sales department with administrative tasks as needed.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• A creative, detail-oriented individual with a passion for luxury brands and a strong sense of commercial awareness.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to craft engaging, on-brand content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with design tools like InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software is an advantage.
• A good eye for photography and experience managing photoshoots and creating visual content.
• Knowledge of the 5-star hotel market in London and the luxury industry.
• Immaculate grooming and presentation, embodying the Bulgari brand at all times.
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Familiarity with managing social media platforms, producing high-quality photo and video content, and writing copy.
