Essential Requirements
- Ability to work at ladder height
- Full, clean driving license with no pending offenses
- Clear criminal record and ability to pass DBS checks
- Must pass security screening and relevant Police Checks
- No health issues that would impact work at height
- Own tools required

- Knowledge of current British Standards
- Access Control:

- Door Entry Systems:

- Video Door Entry:

- Comelit
- CCTV Systems:
- Hikvision
- DVR/NVR systems
- Analogue and IP cameras
- Network systems
- Fire Alarm Systems:
- Analogue systems
- IP Network systems

- Participation in call-out rota

- £25.00 per weekday
- £50.00 per weekend/bank holiday
- Call-out payments from home-to-home
- Overtime rates:
- Mon-Sat: Time and a half
- Sun/Bank Holidays: Double time
- Primary coverage: London and Home Counties
- Occasional travel to Northern England and Scotland
- Subsistence and accommodation provided for away work
- Salary: £35k - £45k depending on experience
- Holiday:
- Starting at 20 days per annum
- Increases by 1 day annually after 3 years
- Maximum 25 days
- Plus bank holidays
