I am currently working with a vibrant and dynamic workspace design and build contractor based in Reading. With nearly 20 years of experience, this company specializes in creating bespoke workplaces for blue-chip clients across the regions and London.
About The Role
As an Assistant Pre-construction Manager, you will work closely with the senior Pre-construction management team to identify and secure new projects. The role involves liaising with clients, pitching to win new work, and tendering on specific packages for larger projects—all with the aim of securing a future pipeline for the business.
You will be based at my client’s offices in Reading five days a week, with regular travel across London to meet clients and visit ongoing projects.

Requirements
This is a unique role that would suit an ambitious construction professional, ideally from the office fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Confidence in liaising with both existing and new clients
This role would be ideal for an Assistant Project Manager, Assistant Commercial Manager, Assistant Estimator, or Project Administrator with relevant experience in the office design and build sector
