We are currently looking for an HR Coordinator who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the UK HR Team, your focus will be on being the first point of contact for HR queries, with a focus on supporting our UK Warehouse Team and maintenance of our people records within our HR Information System and Personnel Files. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for detail and process with your capacity for creative thinking. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.

What You Will Do
- End to end information input, updates and maintenance of an accurate HRIS system (BambooHR) including the actioning of contractual changes, adding new starters and processing leavers.
- Triage Employee Relations cases within our Warehouse acting as first point of contact providing information and advice in relation to HR matters.
- Maintaining an accurate record of Employee Relations cases and data.
- Coordinate and support the HR Manager and HR Generalist with employee relations matters, including absence management, investigations, disciplinary processes, and grievance hearings.
- Support with the monthly payroll processing and preparation and post payroll data.
- Previous experience in an HR role, with payroll knowledge being a plus.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel and confidence working with data.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Experience with BambooHR is desirable but not essential.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
