The Bertinet Bakery is looking to recruit an Artisan Baker to work days in their busy Artisan Bakery in Bath. The role involves all aspects of bread production - mixing, scaling, shaping by hand and baking.
We Are Looking For Candidates Who
Working Hours: 5pm - 2am (flexibility required) Mon-Sun, any 5 days out of 7.
Flexibility is required in relation to working hours
Pay: £13 - £14 (based on experience)

We Are Looking For Candidates Who
- Be able to produce hand-crafted bread to our high standards using traditional baking techniques including an excellent knowledge of dough and proofing.
- Are enthusiastic, committed and very keen to learn
- Can carry out physical work
- Be reliable, methodical, organised and keen to work as part of a team
