The Kinmonth Unit has a Housekeeper vacancy that could utilise those skills and support the recovery of our burns, plastics, ENT, Maxillofacial patients.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated person, with a keen interest in working within the care setting. As an integral member of the ward team you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety for the kitchen and the ward environment. You will need to support patients at meal times and offer refreshments throughout their stay. Many of our patients have had life changing surgeries that mean food and nutrition may not look the same. Which makes it more important for the right person to be in role and support the correct ordering of food, textured diets and nutritional supplements?
Experience in the care setting /food /catering would be desirable but not essential. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are hard working with good communication and organisational skills. You should also possess a positive attitude to change and be flexible in your daily workings. If you think this is the role for you apply as soon as possible.
