Health Care Support Worker
Location: Lincoln
Salary: £83.33 - £90.00 per day
Start Date: After Easter
Contract Type: Full-Time
"Are you passionate about supporting the well-being and development of young people?" If so, GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Health Care Support Worker to join a secondary school in Lincoln. This full-time role is ideal for individuals with experience in healthcare, SEN support, or social care, looking to make a meaningful impact on students' lives.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to students with medical, physical, or additional needs.
- Assist in implementing care plans and ensuring students' well-being throughout the school day.
- Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and healthcare professionals to provide individualised support.
- Help students build confidence, independence, and engagement in their learning.
- Support students with personal care and mobility when required.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
- Previous experience in healthcare, SEN support, or a related field is desirable.
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach to working with students.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
- Relevant qualifications (such as Health & Social Care Level 2/3) are an advantage but not essential.
