The client, a specialist Town Planning Consultancy with nearly 20 years of experience, is looking for a Graduate Town Planner to join the Exeter team The client works on projects across all sectors including complex residential, commercial, automotive, heritage and rural planning, renewables, tourism and leisure, strategic land, retail, and urban regeneration sectors

The Position of a Graduate Town Planner

As a Graduate Town Planner, youll gain hands:on experience across a variety of projects, from residential and commercial developments to infrastructure planning. Youll be mentored by senior planners, developing your skills in planning policy, site appraisals, and project management, while contributing to innovative and sustainable urban planning solutions.

Essential Criteria for the Graduate Town Planner

• Degree or higher in relevant subject with desire or chartered status with RTPI
• A highly motivated with ability to work as part of a team.
• Have strong research, analytical skills, and reporting skills.
