The Role
As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations, ensuring the delivery of a superior four-star product and exceptional guest services. As the General Manager, you will report to the Group Director of Operations, and you will be responsible for:
- Operational Excellence: Led the team to maintain and exceed brand standards, while managing day-to-day operations, including accommodation, food & beverage, and events.
- Sales & Marketing: Driving innovative sales strategies to grow the hotel’s presence in local and international markets.
- Financial Acumen: Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to achieve financial success and identify growth opportunities.
- Team Development: Inspiring and cultivating a high-performing team through training, development, and leadership programs.
- Guest Experience: Building strong relationships with guests, ensuring feedback is actioned and reviews are positive.

- Proven experience of at least 4 years as a General Manager, preferably in a four- or five-star property.
- A track record of achieving operational and financial targets.
- Strong communication, delegation, and organizational skills.
- A passion for sustainability and innovation in the hospitality industry.
- The ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional service.
