We are currently seeking a Fencer/Groundworker to join our team in Wellingborough, working in occupied social housing properties.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Installing and repairing fencing, gates, and boundary structures.
  • Carrying out groundwork tasks, including paving, slabbing, and drainage repairs.
  • Working safely in occupied properties, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
  • Identifying and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Adhering to health & safety regulations and company standards.

The Successful Candidate Will

  • Proven experience in fencing and groundwork within the housing or construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in fencing and groundwork.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work professionally in occupied homes.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Full UK driving licence (Company vehicle provided)
