Job Description
As a Portfolio Analyst you will be responsible for the oversight of the DBS Change Portfolio, providing insight, information, and support to strengthen governance and enable effective management of the portfolio. You will work across DBS to identify and categorise new projects; you will work with projects and programmes to proactively identify, quantify, and track the realisation of benefits used to justify investment; identify and monitor portfolio risks (threats and opportunities) and escalate as appropriate; and you will manage and engage with a wide range of stakeholders. You will focus primarily on providing information, insight, recommendations, and support that strengthens portfolio governance that enables prioritisation decisions and effective allocation of resources across the portfolio. Ultimately you will help ensure the optimal delivery of strategic business objectives in line with MOD and DBS priorities through the analysis of a range of information sources and engagement with programme / project stakeholders and converting this into informed insights and recommendations.

Project pipeline – you will work across DBS to identify, classify, and prioritise new change initiatives, capturing dependencies and ensuring resources have the right capability and capacity to deliver the change.
