Credit Controller

HAYLEY DEXIS are looking for a Credit Controller to join our well-established and experienced Accounts team at our headquarters in Halesowen. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

HAYLEY DEXIS is the largest independent distributor of engineering products and consumables (hydraulics, bearings, fasteners, PPE, tools, lubricants etc) in the UK. Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 5 Saturdays (8am-11am)

Responsibilities for our Credit Controller:

• Chasing debt on approx. 850 live accounts by phone, email and chase letters
• Liaising with customers and branch personnel to resolve invoice queries
• Obtaining credit checks from Experian on new customers and customers requested increased credit limits
• Handling referrals to debt collection professionals
• Various other tasks relating to Credit Control
  
  

Skills & Attributes we’re looking for in our Credit Controller:

• A minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Credit Controller role.
