Cover Supervisor

Randstad Education are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors for a range of roles in Secondary Schools across North Wales and Cheshire West. Opportunities range from day:to:day supply to long:term posts. Experience working with children is desirable for this role. The ability to speak Welsh is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handing out/collecting in work and explaining tasks to the class
• Ensuring that pupils stay on:task during lessons
• Following the schools Behaviour Policy to ensure good classroom management
• Communicating effectively with pupils and colleagues.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• Experience working in Education (desirable)
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness )
• EWC registration (or willingness )
