Full time – Permanent, 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday
Mears provides temporary accommodation to asylum seekers whilst their claim is being assessed in three regions: Northeast, Yorkshire and Humber, Northern Ireland, and Scotland. At the end of May 2021 Mears had over 19000 service users across the three regions. Mears work in partnership with central and local Government, registered providers, tenants, landlords and investors to find solutions to homelessness, provide more social and affordable housing and create specialist housing for people with care needs.
About The Role
Due to contract expansion, we are seeking for a Coordinator to join our team. As a Coordinator the main duties will be to ensure consistent, accurate and up to date data will be a key part of this role to manage risk and evidence performance to the client. Effective escalation processes will be critical to effectively manage and mitigate risks. The successful candidate will be reporting to Head of Operations, as a coordinator within our Darlington branch, your main duties will be to support the operational team to deliver contractual requirements. About The Role

The successful candidate will be reporting to Head of Operations, as a coordinator within our Darlington branch, your main duties will be to support the operational team to deliver contractual requirements. Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Coordinate and manage projects and data assigned to you.
- Complete and submit reports and referrals on a weekly and monthly basis as required.
- Ensure accurate records are held and updated according as required.
- Management and development of relationships with internal colleagues, third parties and external organisations to support service delivery and property management.
- Delivery of contractual compliance and successful outcomes of all Key Performance Indicators, internal and commercial targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Maintaining confidentially and security of information and data at all times.
- IT literate
- Good people and communication skills
- Admin based experience with data analysis would be preferable
