We’re looking for a Care Coordinator to join our brilliant team in Reading. This crucial role ensures our clients receive exceptional care. The role involves organising schedules based on clients' requested call times and care professional availability, as well as maintaining effective communication with staff, clients, families, and professionals.

What will you do?

  • Producing weekly rotas and care schedules to ensure the care we provide keeps clients safe, well and happy in their own homes
  • Undertake care visits when required, including being available some evenings and weekends when needed
  • Daily troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Managing staff absence, allocating extra calls, and cancelling care calls when necessary
  • Assisting in the training and induction of new team members
  • Facilitating GoodOaks in providing a continuous and reliable service

Who are you?

  • You’re a highly organised and efficient co-ordinator with a people focused approach
  • Ideally you have previous domiciliary care experience and/or strong care coordinator skills
  • You’re a strong communicator with all types of people and ability to remain positive
  • You are IT confident enabling effective scheduling, team contact and work planning
  • You’re highly reliable and able to foster a strong team ethos and keep morale high
  • You are growth focused and support continued development of yourself and the team
  • You are dedicated with high energy levels
