Your New Role

As Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations and payroll processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing payroll accurately and on time for a company with around 600 employees.
  • Managing financial records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Preparing financial reports and assisting with audits.
  • Collaborating with HR and other departments to resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Implementing and maintaining financial controls and procedures.
  • Assisting with month-end procedures.
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Bank Reconciliations and Assisting with Preparation of Management Accountants.

What You Will Need To Succeed

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in finance and payroll management.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and financial systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in finance or accounting.
