About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Manager to support our Rotating Day Shift at Stafford.
Shift pattern: Rotating Days, Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Manager to support our Rotating Day Shift at Stafford.
Shift pattern: Rotating Days, Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00
How will you contribute?
- Responsibility for all issues relating to Health & Safety and the Environment during shift
- Support colleagues through excellent communication and active leadership
- Ensure co-ordination and handover management between shifts
- Translate, analyse and deliver customer needs through effective operations
- Ensure resource availability and skilled trained resource
- Deliver consistent service levels seeking to exceed customer expectations
- Effective leadership, management and communication with all warehouse departments
- Responsible for ensuring high levels of excellence in culture and behaviours
- Display a ‘can do’ attitude to enhance motivation of team
- Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
- Engage with and treat employees with respect and promote diversity
- Recognise and proactively manage continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure all internal / external KPI’s are achieved and regularly reviewed
- Operational Experience
- Excellent organisational/time management skills
- People Management including experience of disciplinary investigations and other people processes
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation and planning skills
- Excellent communicator (verbal & written)
- Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
- Team Development
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Use of Microsoft Packages including Excel and Word
- Work within a team and able to interact at all levels
