Job Description

Due to recent contract growth, exciting opportunities for experienced Multi Task Operatives (MTOs) have been created. These are key roles that will be central to the successful delivery of a contract where Wincanton are providing warehousing and transport services for equipment being delivered in for the construction of Hinkley Point.

Successful candidate will be required to obtain and maintain security clearance and a HSE certification prior to commencing employment, this includes being able to provide a minimum of 3 years consecutive UK employment/education & residential history.

The role is based in our Warehouse, Hinkley Logistics Hub just off J24 in Bridgwater, the role is a shift pattern of: 06:00-14:30 and 09.30-18:00 – Monday to Friday.

What will you bring?

  • Experience of working within a warehouse environment
  • Excellent communication skills combined with logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make recommendations for improvement
  • Enthusiastic, committed and able to respond positively to changing demands
  • MHE license(s) desirable but not essential as training will be provided
  • Career progression will be available for the right candidates

We work flexibly with our client and organisational requirements, in future there might be a requirement for our days and hours to extend to a 7 day operation and shifts operating across all hours. Please consider this when applying.
