£25k - £30k DOE + uncapped commission structure
Currently, Harnham is hiring for the London team which is growing! If you’re looking to start your career in recruitment or you are someone with recruitment experience looking for a move then we want to hear from you. This is a full 360 recruitment role involving 50% business development and client networks and 50% working with candidates. Being very specialised in Data Analytics we have established a solid presence in the market, offering you the opportunity to connect with clients across various industries from finance, fashion, FTSE 100 companies and start ups!

What to expect in the role
Recruitment is a complex, challenging and fast paced sales role where you’ll be managing the full 360 recruitment cycle from bringing on clients through lead generation to sourcing candidates. You’ll be working towards KPIs and targets to generate revenue for yourself.
You will spend 50% of the role chasing leads, reaching out the hiring managers and clients who could be hiring and understanding their pain points to then sell Harnham’s talent solutions. The other 50% of the role is focused on candidate sourcing and managing the interview processes

We used to call our training a graduate scheme, and we of course are still really interested in speaking to graduates however, we have recently changed our wording to ensure that people know that we welcome applicants from all backgrounds for the role. Please note hybrid working starts after 6 months probation and drops from 5 days a week in the office to 4 days in, 1 day wfh.
