Supporting and advising on diverse development projects, responsibilities include:
- Conducting research and analysis
- Assessing risks and opportunities within planning frameworks
- Managing planning applications and development proposals
- Coordinating with stakeholders, consultants, and authorities
- Preparing reports, strategies, and recommendations
- Negotiating outcomes that align with client objectives
Ideal candidates will have:
- Membership (or near qualification) in RTPI
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem:solving skills
- Experience in development planning and management (public or private sector preferred)
