(Tamworth) Tray Fitter

BOSS is looking for a qualified tradesman (Mechanic or fitter) to join our BOSS Built team in Tamworth. This job is also suited to an individual with 2+ years of accessory fitting.

This is an excellent opportunity suited to an individual who is willing to learn all areas of assembling and fitting BOSS ute trays.

This Role May Include But Is Not Limited To

• Assembling Ute Trays, trailers, tool boxes, headboards and other components associated with the BOSS Built division.
• Fitting ute trays and all associated parts to vehicles.
• Undertaking basic electrical tasks, including fitting wiring harnesses, switches and lighting.
• Have attention to detail and be proud of the product they produce.
• Gaining a sound knowledge of the business products, operations and desired outcomes.
• Having the ability to work positively under pressure.
• Time management and prioritising skills.
• Having a professional & courteous personal manner.
• Maintaining safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
• Other duties as required.
